The Vietnam Cotton and Spinning Association (VCOSA) is pleased to announce the release of a survey on cotton quality standard and dispute. This survey aims to gather information on the current state of cotton quality and assess the relevance of the Value Differences Circular from ICA concerning the actual business practices of Vietnamese spinning enterprises.
Objectives of the Survey:
• Assess the current quality of cotton in the market.
• Understand the implementation of the Value Differences regulations.
• Propose reasonable adjustments to protect the interests of Vietnamese spinning enterprises in case of disputes over cotton quality.
