Mr. Phan Khac Hieu is a seasoned expert in the spinning industry, having made significant contributions to sustainable development and fostering international cooperation for Vietnamese spinning enterprises. Mr. Hieu has extensive experience guiding Vietnamese spinners in understanding and adhering to ICA Bylaws and Rules, which has enhanced credibility and compliance within the industry. Additionally, he is highly skilled in mediating communication issues between international merchants and local spinners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
A strong advocate for sustainable cotton practices, Mr. Hieu actively seeks opportunities to integrate Vietnamese companies into global trade events and promotes the adoption of advanced technology in the spinning industry. His appointment as Associate Director of ICA is not only a personal honor but also a testament to the standing of Vietnam’s spinning sector on the global stage.
