SUMMARY OF SESSION 2: “COTTON CLASSING & TESTING TRAINING 2024”

Following the success of Session 1, Session 2 of the “Cotton Classing & Testing Training 2024” program, jointly organized by ICA Bremen and VCOSA, took place on April 25-26, 2024, and was highly successful.

Session 2 of the “Cotton Classing & Testing Training 2024” program, organized by ICA Bremen and VCOSA, was held at the Sofitel Saigon Plaza Hotel.

The training program was honored to welcome active participation from a large number of Vietnamese cotton and fiber enterprises, with direct guidance from Mr. Jens Wirth, Director of Quality & Legal Affairs for Cotton at ICA Bremen, and Mr. Axel Drieling, Senior Manager for Cotton at FIBRE (Fibre Institute Bremen).

The participants engaged in practical activities with cotton samples prepared by ICA Bremen.

With content and quality equivalent to Session 1, as reported earlier, Session 2 of the Cotton Classing & Testing Training 2024 took place in an intimate atmosphere with a smaller class size, aiming to maximize the training quality for the participants.

After completing the learning content, on the evening of April 26, the participants received certificates of completion for the “Cotton Classing & Testing Training 2024” program from representatives of ICA Bremen.

As the co-organizer of the training program, the Vietnam Cotton & Spinning Association (VCOSA) would like to express sincere gratitude to the experts from ICA Bremen and the first group of participants who, together with VCOSA, have achieved remarkable success in both sessions of the “Cotton Classing & Testing Training 2024” program!

VCOSA hopes to continue to have valuable cooperation opportunities with ICA Bremen and partners in organizing training activities and enhancing the capacity of the Vietnamese fiber industry. VCOSA will continue to improve its organizational work and activities, promising to bring many beneficial and interesting events to its member enterprises and the Vietnamese fiber industry as a whole in the near future!
