- Hiệp hội các nhà sản xuất và xuất khẩu hàng may mặc Bangladesh đã yêu cầu Chính phủ Anh gia hạn chính sách miễn thuế đối với hàng may mặc xuất khẩu của Bangladesh cho đến năm 2032 sau khi quốc gia này chuyển từ quốc gia kém phát triển nhất sang quốc gia đang phát triển vào năm 2026.

- The Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association has requested the government of the United Kingdom to extend duty-free market access of Bangladeshi readymade garment up to 2032 after graduation of the country from least developed to a developing one in 2026.

- The United States, in a move signalling increased scrutiny on business practices involving forced labour, has recently broadened its restrictions on Chinese imports. Three companies, Xinjiang Tianmian Foundation Textile Co Ltd, Xinjiang Tianshan Wool Textile Co. Ltd, and Xinjiang Zhongtai Group Co. Ltd, have been added to the US’ Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Entity List. This addition takes the total tally of blacklisted entities to 27.
