India Yarn Prices: Domestic and Export Markets

Polyester-cotton yarn prices have been lowered in the last seven days in India whereas cotton yarn prices and other products have behaved differently, according to our price survey. The level of available cotton in India could have been underestimated, in addition.

Polyester-cotton prices have declined in the last seven days in India, with 50/50 hosiery combed for instance dropping 2 rupees per kilo in Tirupur or 65/35 weaving also down 2 rupees in Bhiwandi.
