Tổng cục Phòng vệ thương mại Ấn Độ (DGTR) đã đề xuất áp dụng thuế chống bán phá giá xác định đối với sợi viscose rayon filament (Viscose Rayon Filament Yarn – VRFY) nhập khẩu từ Trung Quốc.
Hiệp hội Công nghiệp sợi nhân tạo (AMMFI) và Công ty TNHH Công nghiệp Grassim đã đệ đơn yêu cầu DGTR áp dụng thuế chống bán phá giá đối với VRFY. Grassim chiếm 96% tổng sản lượng VRFY của Ấn Độ.
Thuế chống bán phá giá được khuyến nghị đối với các sản phẩm nhập khẩu VRFY dao động từ 5,48% đến 20,87% giá CIF. Tỷ lệ phần trăm cụ thể phụ thuộc vào các yếu tố như nhà sản xuất và quốc gia xuất khẩu hàng hóa.
Cục Thuế thuộc Bộ Tài chính áp dụng thuế chống bán phá giá dựa trên khuyến nghị của DGTR.
Giá bông cao có thể ảnh hưởng đến xuất khẩu trong niên vụ 2022-23: Hiệp hội bông Ấn Độ
Hiệp hội Bông Ấn Độ (CAI) cho biết hôm thứ Hai, xuất khẩu bông dự kiến sẽ giảm 64% trong vụ 2022-23 kết thúc vào tháng 9 do giá mặt hàng này ở thị trường nội địa tăng cao.
Niên vụ bông bắt đầu từ tháng 10.
Theo dữ liệu của CAI, xuất khẩu bông trong vụ 2021-22 là 4,3 triệu kiện và giảm xuống còn 1,55 triệu kiện trong vụ 2022-23.

DGTR India recommends anti-dumping duty on viscose rayon filament yarn from China
The Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) has recommended definitive anti dumping duty on Viscose Rayon Filament Yarn (VRFY) imports from China.
The petition seeking anti dumping duty on VRFY was filed with the DGTR by the Association of Man Made Fibre Industry (AMMFI) and Grasim Industries Limited. Grasim accounts for 96 per cent of total Indian production of VRFY.
The anti dumping duty recommended ranges from 5.48 per cent of Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) price to 20.87 per cent of CIF on VRFY imports, depending on the producer and country of export.
The revenue department in the finance ministry imposes the anti dumping duty based on the recommendations of the DGTR.
High cotton prices may impact exports in 2022-23 marketing year: CAI
Cotton exports are estimated to decline 64 per cent in 2022-23 marketing year ended September due to higher prices of the commodity in the domestic market, Cotton Association of India (CAI) said on Monday.
The cotton marketing year begins from October.
Cotton export during 2021-22 marketing year was 43 lakh bales which fell to 15.50 lakh bales in 2022-23, according to CAI data.
