The Vietnam Cotton and Spinning Association (VCOSA) is pleased to announce The 22nd Vietnam Int’l Textile & Garment Industry Exhibition (VTG 2024) will be held from September 25 to 28 at SECC, Ho Chi Minh City – the main hub for leading manufacturers and stakeholders in the dynamic textile and garment sector.

Joining VCOSA team since 2022, Linh fosters strong relationships with government bodies and stakeholders across the industry, leveraging her expertise in government affairs, external relations and research analysis. Her successful leadership in conducting research, surveys and presentations on industry challenges is evident in her participation as a speaker at prominent events in Vietnam and China.
• MSc. Nguyen Ngoc Kim Oanh – Compliance & Sustainability Manager – Saitex International Dong Nai VN Co., Ltd
MSc. Nguyen Ngoc Kim Oanh holds a Master’s degree in Health Safety Environment from Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam. Since 2016, she has been the Manager of Compliance & Sustainability at Saitex International Group, bringing 17 years of experience in Nike shoes factories and the garment industry. Passionate about sustainability, Oanh is knowledgeable in various frameworks such as Higg FEM/FSLM, Bluesign, B-Corp, Cradle to Cradle, GOTS, and GRS.
• Ms. Tran Hoang Phu Xuan – CEO & Chairman – Faslink JSC
Ms. Tran Hoang Phu Xuan is the Founder and CEO of Faslink Group, bringing 18 years of experience in the textile industry and 14 years of expertise in sustainable and functional fashion. As a consulting expert, she provides solutions to local brands in Vietnam for implementing sustainable practices. In May 2022, Phu Xuan represented Vietnam at the APEC symposium on the circular economy in Thailand. Under her leadership, Faslink has developed a diverse range of innovative products, including bamboo fiber (2008), coffee ground fiber (2015), lotus fiber (2016), and oyster shell fiber (2018).
• Dr. Colin Luk – Founder – Vericott
Dr. Colin Luk is a founder of Vericott, an Australian startup authenticates cotton origin using an atomic fingerprinting technique powered by stable isotope technology, which provides an innovative traceability solution by verifying cotton origin through testing the end material itself. The team works closely with universities and NGOs for related traceability research and development. He obtained his PhD degree from The University of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree from the University of Göttingen, Germany.
